I am very Passionate about Linux & Open Source technologies and have been associated with Open Source technologies field for last 14 years. I am also on Engineering college advisory board for J J Magdum and visit once in 3 months in engineering colleges as guest lecturer to share the new industry trends and upcoming technologies specially in Open Source field with students and college professors. The intention is to bring the industry experience and knowledge & power of open source technologies to students.

Recently joined hands with my friend of my old days from Red Hat to Incorporate / setup " Ashnik " in India with HQ in Singapore . Our focus is to bring the power of Open Source to Enterprise customers & Government organizations across South East Asia. Earlier to starting "Ashnik" in India I was with IBM ( leading System Z business...LInux on System z  ) and prior to that was with Red Hat India right from its early days.

Sandeep brings over 20 years of Industry experience with strong technical and business experience on Linux, Unix and Mainframe ( System z & Linux on Mainframe ). He has rich experience of open-source & Linux business model.

Sandeep is well known for his unique combination of technical and leadership skills in managing complex deals and customer engagement. Prior to incorporating  "Ashnik", Sandeep worked at IBM India for 6+ years. In his last assignment he was leading Mainframe ( System z) sales as “Group Business Manager” at IBM India. During his distinguished career at IBM Sandeep was recognized for his performance.

Immediately prior to IBM, Sandeep worked with Red Hat from its early days in India. Joining as a technical lead, Sandeep rose to become pre-sales head and then took on responsibility of managing technical alliance with IBM in India. During his 5+ years of career at Red Hat he was instrumental in helping grow Red Hat’s business through his solution delivery and customer engagements skills.
