7 The purpose of the Educators' Working Committee is to support and advance the ongoing development of the Free, Libre, and Open Works (FLOW) Syllabus as a resource for use and adaptation by educators (including self-educators) into the learning plans or curricula that __they__ design. For example the Educator's Working Committee:

9 * evolves and refines the structure, supportive information, and presentation of the [[FLOW Syllabus>>doc:Working-Groups-Incubator-Projects.flow-syllabus.WebHome]];
10 * raises awareness about the FLOW Syllabus within the education community;
11 * solicits feedback from the education community on both the substance and form of the resource;
12 * communicates with the [[other Working Committes (Lawyers; Technologists; Project/Organizational Managers)>>url:http://osi.xwiki.com/bin/Projects/Charter-OSI-EDU-WG-2014-2015]] to advocate for the advancement and inclusion of topics as appropriate in the FLOW Syllabus;
