I think Allison's email is spot-on; such a talented group of candidates with varied backgrounds that it would be a shame not to capitalize on that. 28 +\\I suggest sending out a group email asking for those interested to respond back. May want to have a Board Member (or?) put together a draft volunteers charter of sorts to help set the expectations for volunteers vs. Board Members too. Maybe establish focus areas (subgroups eventually) - for example - my area of focus/expertise is on the legal/contracts side to keep folks interested.
