7 The purpose of the Education Committee is to support and advance the ongoing development of the Free, Libre, and Open Works (FLOW) project. For example by
8 * raising awareness about FLOW within the education community.
9 * advocating for the advancement and inclusion of FLOW topics as appropriate.
10 * engaging in the conversation of FLOW and educational practice.

14 This Terms of Reference is effective from 09/01/14 and will be ongoing until terminated by agreement of participants.

32 Fulfilling its purpose, the Education Committee will engage in:
33 * Promotion of the FLOW project and FLOW Syllabus use.
34 ** Introduce new potential participants to the FLOW community and materials.
35 ** Raise awareness of the project and materials.
36 * Identification, curation, and occasional creation of
37 ** new content,
38 ** syllabi of courses using the FLOW Syllabus,
39 ** learning designs and sequences supporting instruction.
